Hi ladies,
Today I stayed home and did 2 Popsugar workouts off of You Tube, one was Boxing and the other a Cardio kickboxing workout. My legs will be screaming tomorrow ! I modified some of the intense arm work since my shoulder is still not right. Plus I did all the plank and pushups on the wall again because of my shoulder.
My legs are already aching, !
