Good Thursday Morning Everyone,

Today I did more T&D - a 40 minute ab and lower body workout. It was tough. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - I'm sure you are enjoying your workout :)
Annette - wowza - 88 minutes of cardio? I can't even wrap my head around that level of endurance. You got good lungs
Nora - WTG with trying a new rotation and sticking to it!
Waves to Nicki and Deanna - I hope you are having a good week :)

IFit- "Bunker Hill Monument Treadmill Walk", Boston, Mass- 15 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. " A Shoulder to Lean on" Rowing & Weights Circuit

Hi ladies,

Today I decided that it was too cold and rainy to go to the gym. Yes, it was a cop out but my foot was a tad painful this morning.

So I found a new Cardio Kickboxing by Jasmine Mays on YouTube, it was 47 minutes. I love her energy and her workouts just fly by. So that was my workout for today.
