This morning is CTX UB split and L&G floorwork. I will probably run out of time and have to do the floorwork after work.

MY lower half is letting me know about yesterday's PP LB x 3 !!!:eek:

Becky ~ I'm doing FF's Sept 08 LB rotation. I like it a lot. My LB is still complaining about B&G Tuesday nite :confused:

It looks like it's an upper body day. I'm doing 4DS upper body premix along with my pushups. I'm seeing some good muscle definition from all these pushups. :D:D

I dont' have to be at work until 10:15, so my workout time is shifted a little.
 
My workout time has shifted a little too phyllis, but not due to work, due to the fact that I can't get off my butt and out of my comfy jammies and make myself workout !!!!!!!!!!:(

Good morning,

Tammy - I am also doing that rotation, with some subbing. I am glad I subbed B & G, I probably wouldn't be walking today.

Today was Lomax - already did it this month so I subbed Seasun's TNS and then her core and ab section from another of her step workouts.

Becky, just do it!!! You did it yesterday and didn't that feel good! There are tons of distractions out there but this is your hour(or whatever) for yourself.:D

Now, not to contradict all that I said above but maybe you need a few rest days?? Or maybe just a routine change - some pilates, yoga, stretching or just some long walks or hikes.

OK, down off my soapbox, I gotta get to work.:( Well, I take my own advice and just dot it!!!
 
HA! Thank you Phyllis !! I did it ! I do feel better and it wasnt' even an hour today !!
I not only did my workout, but I have a homemade Sour Cream Cinnamon coffee cake in the oven. The house smells Sooooo good !
And it's going to my DD , so I can make it guilt-free !

The sun is shining and it's a beautiful day.

Oh , and your advice is good. I have one more day of the rotation and then I think I'll take a few days (at least) to just walk and stretch before I start another one !

Well due to numerous interruptions and events, before, during and after my workout I only managed to do 12 min. of taebo. It was short and sweet.

I will do better tomorrow and I also have a job interview tomorrow also. Pray it goes well and that is pays more than I am making now.
