Hey there girls!

After my triple work out yesterday, LOL, I intend to take it easy today ;) .... It's Legs and Glutes for me today at nap time!

Gotta be at work at 8:30 this morning and I am not brave enough to tackle the 5am work out so I will wait!:p I have worked out at 7am but that's as early as I get. ;)

Hey ladies,

Today was PUB for me and probably abs of another workout this afternoon. I felt a little yucky during my sets today and don't know whether it was because of lifting heavier weights in the morning or what! I don't feel that way when doing cardio in the morning but today on weights I felt nausea!

Good Morning Fit Friends!

Thank you for all your positive comments and hugs...about my water damage . It is a mess but hopefully once it dries out, it won't be as bad as we think. Also, THANKFULLY the rain has stopped and the sun is going to come out today!!!:7

Yesterday was u/b,step and abs, so today I think I'll do some yoga . I am mowing the grass later in the day and that's gonna be today's cardio ! So I guess it's an active rest day for me!

It's also my dad's birthday! He is 72 today!! :D

Kim- I felt the same way during my WO this morning. I think it is from lack of sleep. Toothache kept interrupting my sleep!

Jane and Wendy- burn those legs baby!

Tammy- I really like BC core work. Good oblique stuff!

I did RS this morning and I still have back work later.

Hi friends!! Yesterday I decided to do Rhythmic Step and I just love that one everytime I do it. Today I thought I would tackle the entire Body Max. Or my new Step,Jump& pump DVD. I was excited to get that one yesterday. I have to preview it first though. So, we will see what kind of time I have today.

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did GS Biceps and the BB Timesaver leg workout. I have a hard time keeping my balance with the Kick Butt lunges.

The blog is driving me crazy!:7
When I am home I must check it every 1/2 hour. When I am at work I can't wait to get home and check it! I can not wait until Christmas, I am going to bust!!:+

Just a quick check-in since I am on my way to the treadmill. I am going to run 5 miles today and the upper body portion of Body Max.

Well, I ended up going to the gym this afternoon and doing my 40 min Icycle work out. I may still do Legs and Glutes after DS goes to bed though. }(

Hey ladies,

Didn't plan on another workout after this morning but ds was going running and i got my second wind tonight! I only ran 15 minutes before mosquitos were eating me up!x( So I came in and did the w/u and cardio only with stretch of Bootcamp. I did around 33 minute workout.
