Happy Friday Eve!

I'll be doing hills and sprints on the treadmill...feeling very uninspired this week :rolleyes::confused::rolleyes:

I am sorry you are feeling uninspired this week, but this will pass. We have all hit these ruts where you just don't "feel" it, but it is temporary.
You will be kicking butt soon!!!!!!!!!

Today was hiit cardio - I did TF Hiit 20, TF Core 20 , and TF stretch 10.

Hi all,

I did PUB down only premix and then did MIS abs for my workout. Tomorrow will be either floorwork leg work or another circuit workout.

Have my interview this afternoon at 2:30 so send a prayer up for me.

Hi There,

this morning I did STS disc I don't know - back and biceps. I love doing biceps (and chest). Because there is a minute in between each exercise, I skipped rope between sets. I will do some ab work tonight - likely pilates. I've been having back issues lately so have been avoiding heavy leg workouts this week.

Tammy I totally feel the same way. I feel overwhelmed and tired lately.

No workout for me today. I took a nap after work today I was so exhausted.

Tomorrow is another day.
