I did Amy's mix #1. I liked it a lot . It's a circuit workout so I GUESS that's my workout for the day. It was short (33 min.) so I sort of feel like I cheated. But I guess we'll have to get used to that for Cathe's coming Hiit workouts anyway.
I keep thinking I might add on some yoga.......not sure yet. If not, maybe a walk later in the day .
I did Jillian Michael's Burn Fat and Boost Metabolism today. Wow!!! I used my rebounder for the high intensity intervals and I went anaerobic in two of the intervals. I really liked Jillian's kick butt attitude also. What a nice change!!
So far I have done 30 min. of taebo today, may go to the gym in a minute or 2. Hot day. Back from the gym did 40 min. of chest, back and shoulders, I am done now.

Becky ~ Happy Friday eve to you too I don't have Amy Bento's KB. I do want to pick up the Lauren Brooks one though. Great workout, and don't worry about it being short in time, I'm sure you got a great workout in those 30 minutes.

My workout this morning was...it just was...not feeling the workouts lately, I think it's time to change things up. I've got to look at STS, try to do my 1RM's and give it a try.
