Today is my Friday at work as I'm off tomorrow This morning will be 40 min on the treadmill on an incline. I hope to do swings, push-ups and abdominal crunches after work.
I did Slow and Heavy 3 exercises for triceps and 2 for biceps, no abs because I have an ocular migraine starting and it is just too hot and humid to get on the floor, plus my cycle started which isn't helping things either, UGH!!!
I am exhausted. Too tired to workout. But - I'll be primed tomorrow morning. Like you Tammy - I do not work tomorrow so I might lie in for an extra 1/2 hr and take a longer workout.
