Think I'll do Lauren Brooks Vol #2 this morning....can't wait for this week to end.

Conni ~ That S90 ended up being a great and inexpensive purchase...those workouts are very versatile.

Carmen ~ MTV Pilates Mix is the only Pilates DVD I have. I would like to pick up a few more myself. Congrats on the boss being away :D:D Mine was supposed to be off this week, but he had to cancel his vacation :confused: how fun for me!

Annette ~ Glad your blood tests turned out well :)

Have a good day! I think I may take tomorrow off as we are going away for the weekend and I have lots to do.

Yes, I like the S90 dvds also. I may not use them in an exclusive rotation all that much, but I can mix and match very nicely.

Today I did S90 Legs ( instead of STS Legs ) and then S90 Cardio Challenge. You should try that combo, I think they worked well together.
 
Good morning ladies - I'm home today. My husband is still out of town so its just me and the dogs today. I hope to get caught up on lots of nerdy stuff.

Today its cardio for me. Not sure what I'll do yet.

Connie love that SP90 sub you put together. I will give it a try next week.

Checking back in: I did some the leg workout that I didnt do yesterday and added TJ 20 min workout.

I just got Jillian's Ripped in 30. I previewed it quickly. The set up is the same as 30 Day Shred, 20 min workout with 3 min of strength, 2 min of cardio, 1 min abs. There are four workouts on the DVD to be done one per week. They suggest workingout out 5 to 6 days per week although I dont see myself doing one workout for 5 days straight....boring! They also suggest following the food plan on jillianmichaels.com/rippedin30days (or something like that). Its a free download.

Week one is very similar to shred. But weeks two through four look much more challenging with new moves. She looks like she might be a bit more annoying (hard core) in this one too.

I'm loving the Cathe rotation I'm doing now. I may start this one next month and alternate with BFBM, TJ, KPC, and step.

Almost forgot to check in , I did 25 min. of Amy Bento's Xtreme Kickboxing, it was just too humid out to do anymore. At least I did something.

Looks like it is getting ready to storm here, we'll see if it actually does.

I'm checking in late today.

Busy week. I walked in high park today and I did upper body only from Cathe's high reps plus I added a body for life routine to each upper body part I worked. Good workout.

Tomorrow - cardio.

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their workouts.

And Carmen - no - I am not finished yet. I asked for an extension 'til july 11 - until i finish group work on saturdays - I don't have a good chunk of time to write the final chapters. I am picking away at it though so i'm not completely behind. thanks for thinking of me.
