Not sure of the temp here today, but I know it will be warm. I think it is time to shave my legs LOL!!
No workout for me today. I was sanding my dresser for 5 hours yesterday. I'm thinking it was a great arm workout! I couldn't get up this morning my body was beat!! Hopefully I will finish sanding today and start staining the piece tomorrow! (and workout tomorrow)

Today is CC #4 and PLB and abs; yes yesterday I ended up doing PUB after CC #2 figured I'd give my legs a little break.
Hope all have a lovely day - we have frost again this am but the weather should warm up to mid 70s here and tomorrow for my trip to the Outer Banks well looks like I'll be ending up in shorts again

I am not superwoman nor am I crazy enough to try BM2x2 PLUS coremax.
I just can't read !!!
My rotation says TOMORROW coremax , and I forgot BM2 has abs.
I'll admit to doing all of Double upperbody BUT skipping the abs.
I did abs yesterday and have coremax tomorrow, and also feel that the ab section of BM2 isn't "back friendly", so I did the rest and skipped abs !!
Even without abs Double Upperbody KILLED me today, mainly SHOULDERS!!!!!}(
