That would be way to damn many walking lunges for me to keep count of. Thank goodness for fitness videos to guide me through some program and count for me. Have fun with that Tammy!
I forgot to check in yesterday Work was delayed two hours because of the ice storm and then all hell broke loose. I did go home and do the Drill Max cardio blast, Muscle Max abs, and Stretch max with the band. This afternoon I will be doing CLX BC3. I have to apparently be religious about the stretching and icing or the knee gets angry. So far, it's working.
I'll check in later and see what y'all have been up to.
Hi all, I am very sore from my workout yesterday, I can tell that I haven't done weights in a very long time. Almost to the point of not wanting to workout today, nothing appealed to me but alas I did find a quick workout to do despite my soreness.
I did Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp the kickboxing premix for my workout today.
