Very good morning ladies!! I will be doing 30 day shred level 2 today. Today I'm feeling a little something in my wrist, elbow, and ankle (I think overuse maybe ). The pants I wore to work yesterday were at least an 1 or more too big around the waist. I love that.
Very cold here last night and this morning. I have another all day meeting today!!! Their talking furloughs...even with that, I am still very fortunate to have a job.

Today was interval cardio - I did Tracey's HISM and the core section from HISM 2. I burn more calories on this than on the Imaxes.. What is up with that?
We are dug out and the snow finally stopped around 7 pm last evening. We got an additional 18 inches of snow on top of the 2 ft. we already had plus drifts.
I did Slow and Heavy 2 exercises for triceps and 2 biceps plus the wrist curls and then did a 22 min. premix off of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness-Kickboxing for my cardio.
Need to get to a store today, we finally got mail, I think our little town was at a standstill for the last 2 days. My husband has been off all week due to the snow but thankfully he gets paid because they closed the base he works on.
