Off to do 20 min on the elliptical and stretch max #1 in a minute!

I got The Empire State yesterday!! Can't wait to do it tomorrow!!:)

Good Morning Deanie & All who Follow

Yesterday along with KBWay2 I also ended up doing an iTread 20/30

Today's my rest day but the news says It'll be warm today :eek: so I may just take a nice power walk around my neighborhood to enjoy the last day of warmth this afternoon before the cold front comes through.


Deanie I did Empire State yesterday and I feel Doms this morning in my lats and legs :p - Always a good sign that although I didn't feel I worked hard I must have because of the soreness I woke up with today.

Have fun with it when you do it.


Tammy - No you don't need two kettlebells for KBWay2 -Empire State. Beth & Anthony always show an alternative, one or the other switch off on who uses 2 kbells during an exercise.


Although I do use two kbells during the overhead windmill - my lightest 15 # over head and my midlle sized on as my hand goes down my leg - I feel it real good using both during that exercise.

Rest day for me today. It was so warm and snugly in bed that I couldn't get out!

Phyllis Good Morning actually its in the upper 20's at the moment but the weather guy is saying we'll have a nice day since we'll be above normal - 60's just for today. Then tomorrow it goes back to cold.

I have today and tomorrow off from work. Today is KPC. I have to have some moles removed and hopefully I will feel well enough to help DH paint as he took today and tomorrow off too.

Good morning everyone,

I need some serious sleep, my allergies have kicked back in again and it is so hard to breathe at night I can't stand it.
Oh well, that is my moan for the day. Pass the coffee and let's get cracking.

Today was cardio - I did Pam Cosmi Steppin' in Rhythm and Tracey's Coreblast sections Bosu, Floor and Planks.
 
Hi all,

I was down a little more this morning so hopefully that means it was only bloat. I did my new workout today... Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness-Weights ( I did the biceps, triceps and shoulder one with standing abs as the active rest), not a bad workout at all. I also did the 8 min. taebo with weighted gloves.

So all in all a good workout and I hope the scale moves again tomorrow.
