Good Morning Ladies.
I plan on KPC - its been awhile since I did a kickbox workout w/ Cathe. So that'll be my cardio for today since I'm saving my legs for CCPP day on Sat.
Took my youngest to the doctor and she's being treated for strep throat.
No more fevers and she's good to go to school today.
I'm still drinking Airborne & Emergen-C as a precaution so far so good.
Phyllis Sorry its only Thursday for you & your DD's last time on the team; I've had those days happen to me and its a bit disappointing when you realize you still have another day before the weekend. Just think it's Pre Friday

I still get DOMs from kettlebells (feel it slightly from doing the kettlebell Way yesterday morning) and I finally got half of my shipment in late afternoon yesterday.
I received AOS Newport (It looks tough) and my 8kg kettlebell. My 12kg kettlebell should arrive next week sometime.
With AOS Newport I'm thinking I'll be doing a section at a time prior to starting my regular kettlebell workout just to learn the new moves until I feel comfortable to do the entire dvd with proper form.
