Today I plan on CCV5 -I need a good sweaty run after my horrible eating yesterday
DH is off and wanted to go to
Buffalo Wild Wings and I had some spicy garlic wings with potato wedges. Then when towards the evening I ended up having some peanut butter, Dove dark chocolates and French bread with butter. Oy I was carbing and it was mindless eating definitely not clean eating.
Today I need to drink tons of water and just flush out my system from all the sodium and crap I ate.
Phyllis- Have a grand time w/ CM .
I need to get back to journaling on my own...that helps me see what I'm eating -need to go and get a spiral notebook for that . Sorry to hear you didn't like using the Nutrition plan. Those type of things do tend to take up some time.
Deanie - So are you on your own 4DS rotation? Have fun with them
Becky - Here's hoping that melatonin helps with the sleeping. Have you had a sleep study done? Maybe there is more going on that is not allowing a good sleep?
Tammy - sorry to hear your pulled muscle is still bothersome. Enjoy the UB work when you get home today.
Lately getting up so early to workout is just not working for me. I just can't get motivated to get my workout in when the sun is not even out yet. It was so much easier for me in the Spring/ Summer time
