I did Slow and Heavy one exercise for back, then did 2 exercises for triceps and biceps off of S&H for my workout today. About 42 min. worth including the warm up. Now I am off to take 8 bags to Goodwill.

Today I started the 4 day Split to get me to to Monday to the start of my next rotation. I am looking at a few older Cathe ones right now..
I did HIS and added the core from LIS. BC tomorrow.
