Today was Legs and Glutes, and then the core section from 4DS KB.
I really like this leg workout, very few squats! Yeah!:D
 
Hi all,

I did Slow and Heavy warm up then 2 exercises for shoulders and 2 for chest, nice workout for my all weights week while I can't do cardio.:p
 
I didn't end up doing circuit, but did bodymax2 upperbody & abs and 30 minutes of yoga.
I'm sooooooo glad tomorrow is Friday ! :) :)
