Today should be the last of jury duty for me, then back to work tomorrow.

GS chest and tris today and I should do a little cardio too, but I'm not sure if that will happen.

I told DH what kettlebell I want and where to get the DVD's so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he'll get them for me.:)

Becky, how was your sleep last night? Did you get your meds yet?
 
Good Morning

Today is the elliptical for me. A short and tough workout - 20 min. :) so I got to sleep in a little!!
Today is my 14th wedding anniversary:) :D I work till noon, and DH is off, so we have some "us" time before the kids come home to have lunch out together.... before we got out to dinner:p

Phyllis ~ I hope you get the kb! I am really enjoying it. Which dvd do you want?

Becky ~ I hope you got some sleep last night.

Today is AOS Providence with a little AOS Newport tacked onto the end.

Phyllis ~ YAY for KB's :D Did you enjoy your jury duty? So far I haven't had to serve more than a few hours before being let go.

Deanie ~ HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Have a fan-tabulous day with your DH.

Later taters! I woke up this morning @ 4:30 feeling very rested so my plan was to get up and work out.....well, that was my plan. Somehow I managed to fall back to sleep :rolleyes:

Today is technically my rest day but depending on what plans my dh & I don't have I may do Viper. If not I'll just go ahead and take the rest day today and then start my new workout week tomorrow.


Phyllis so which kettlebell and dvd is on your wishlist? LOL I really do enjoy the little rotation I have for myself using them w/ cardio.

I am so addicted to my kettlebells and love what they do for me.

Now I have to figure out how to put Squeeze Stronger into the mix as I ordered that one last night. lol

Enjoy your workout today - that one gets my chest & tris good if I recall.

You sneaked in on me as I was writing my post.

Good for you that you got a good restful sleep.

Thats what I tend to do when I do my kettlebell dvds add on some sections of Newport towards the end along with some TGUs.

I vow to myself I will do Newport in its entirety one day lol just maybe not as fast as Anthony.

Did you preorder The Kettlebell Way 2? I ended up ordering it and after reading the details of how that dvd will be I'm looking forward to it- I hope it doesn't disappoint.

Vilma ~ Yes, I did preorder kettlebell way volume 2 and I am VERY glad that I did. It looks great! I have had Newport and Firepower for months now and they are still in the cellophane :confused: I can't wait to unwrap Newport today. I'll let you know how it goes!
 
Becky ~ I'm sorry you're not sleeping well. I wake up about every two hours and toss for a bit, buy I'm always able to fall back asleep. I hope you find some sleep soon!

The DVD's on my list are Lauren Brooks and The Kettlebell Way. I don't expect that I'll get both, but that's OK.

Tammy, yes I am enjoying jury duty. I'll spill more about it after it's over. I'm glad you got some good sleep.:)

Vilma, I hope to join the KB ranks soon.:) I hope I won't be overwhelmed with KBs and STS.

Becky, my chest muscles are still quaking from GS C&T. I think chest is my favorite muscle group to work. What about you?

Connie, that is one of my favorite UB workouts ! I automatically reach for that one and have to make myself try other ones! Hope you enjoyed it today! :)

This morning I did something very different. First abs from High Step Circuit and High Step Challenge. Then UB from bootcamp and High step training. All together it was just over an hour and a good change of pace !:D

Phyllis, I like shoulders best and then biceps. but chest is what I usually get the most killer DOMS in !:eek:

Happy Anniversary Deanie... hope you enjoy your half day off.

I did PS warm up then did all of triceps except the dips, then I did MM biceps dumbbell curls then did PS biceps dumbbell curls and concentration curls then did PSBB&A abwork. Wanted to do a little cardio but the VCR messed up and I only have the 8 min taebo on VHS so I didn't do any cardio. Tomorrow will be cardio day.

The furnace guy is coming tomorrow morning instead of afternoon so I have to get up earlier than I would like to. Oh well.
