Good Morning ! :)

Phyllis, are you talking to me ? We're still in Florida . The forecast is calling for several straight days of rain so we'll start the trip home soon. Probably tonight .
I'm not looking forward to going home to the cold.
The only thing I've really missed (besides the kids & grandkids) has been my workouts !!

I'll bb posting my workouts & starting the Dec rotation on Monday !

I did 1 exercise for back off of Slow and Heavy, ( my lower back is killing me and I am wondering if I slept on it wrong, this is the 2nd day it has hurt) and then I did 2 exercise each for biceps and triceps off of S&H also.

No cardio since my back hurts and I have errands to run.:(
