Daily Check in Thurs Aug 6

It's actually Friday for me! I'm on vacay Fri and Mon. WooHoo! We hope to do a family trip down to the shore on one of those days. Tomorrow, we are moving some of my son's big things to his house at college.

IM1 today. It's my first cardio since Sat. I slept in on Tues which was supposed to be cardio too.

Annette, what did you decide?

I'm afraid this is my Thursday......dh has to work Saturday.:(

Today is imax2, and as much as I love that one, I'm looking around for a different step dvd........just have done that one a lot lately and looking for a change.

I put the DVD in and thought "no way" I'm doing IM when RS is right there. So, RS it was - much better choice. I now what you mean Becky, I've done IM2 a lot latelyy also.

This is funny, I have Imax2 on the schedule today but I am looking at Imax1 because I haven't done that one in awhile. We shall see...hmm.

Had a great time yesterday. I did do PH before we went to the golf tournament. Didn't see tiger but we saw alot of the big names so we came home happy.

HA! Too funny that we all ended up avoiding the step (imaxes!) workouts that were on our rotations today!

I ended up doing parts from Cardio Crazy, Cardio Step Express & Get Ready, Step, Go ! Was really fun!
Not as challenging as Imax2 , but really..........what is ??:p

And I DID go walk on the bike path for an hour last night, in addition to my morning workout ...........so , I have no guilt . ;)

Well, my feet hurt so I think its time for new shoes. I've had Rykas for a long while so I'll take suggestions. My feet are wide. TIA
 
Hello Ladies!

As of today I am officially a returning college student. Now I just need to wait for classes to start.

I'm still feel sick as I've not had much of a chance to rest my body w/ the painting and errands I've been doing this week:confused:

I've not worked out since Saturday feeling anxious about that but my body is just so tired lately.

Looking at my schedule I may be back to the 4 am wake ups to get my workouts in before 6am when I have to get the kids up & off to school. It will be interesting to see how my family will deal with me not being around all the time lol

Anyway I just wanted to stop by here and let you all now that I'm still around ;)

For those wondering... I haven't made a decision yet.

I went today and worked abs, biceps, triceps and legs (hip adduction and abduction).

I have to make a decision by the 12th.
 
Vilma, glad you filled us in. How many classes are you taking? Do you have to take basic stuff or are they specific for the field?

Annette, not til the 12th, huh - plenty of time. ;)
