Mornin' all,

Well I am not usually the early bird! I have a busy day ahead ........
Workout was Lower Body: Cathe LIVE Low Impact Cardio Leg Blast (31 mins) plus Barlates Outer Thigh at the Wall (22 mins). Rest of the day will be moving furniture and going to the dump. Yay! ;)

Hi Elsie, and all who follow,

I taught my class today. It was a Kickbox Circuit. I guess I just live in my own little world where everyone should automatically know how to throw punches. But alas they do not.

So I had 3 including another fitness instructor that took the class. They all said that they liked it but just need to learn the punches and the speed of things better. They said that their heads weren't geared to Kickbox combos but they would learn.

So it was a 50 minute workout and I worked up a sweat.

Oh and they loved the music.
 
Hi ladies,

I wanted to do doubles today AM and PM, but that's not going to happen.

This morning I did a high intensity cardio w/o with my sister before she left. And had hoped to do smaller w/o spread across the day but other stuff incl. work got in the way and tonight I have a really really bad headache so I am going to relax.
