Daily Check-in
This is a late check-in for me. I was too tired to check-in this morning. I jogged on my rebounder and did Slow and Heavy Triceps and Biceps, but I have to confess that I caught myself going through the motions. My focus was not all that great this morning. I have been tired all week. This was another super stressful day at work too.
Thankfully, I had a good day and received some surprises. My Cathe calendar arrived in the mail! :7 I love it! The inspiring note is a nice personal touch. The photos are beautiful. I am glad to see the Kick Max picture in January. It is one of my favorite workouts, and the picture is a great visual inspiration for the start of a new year! I am totally inspired and ready to commit and get fit in 2007. :7
When I returned to the office, the UPS man delivered my package from Cathe with the Gym Styles as well as Body Fusion and High Step Circuit.
I am previewing the Body Fusion DVD now. I wish I had this one when I started my journey at 260 pounds or even when I started training with Cathe. She is so cute in this workout. This will be perfect for introducing my overweight friends to Cathe. I also received a Christmas present in the mail at work.
This must have been my day for deliveries!
My cycle finally started tonight. The cravings will decrease soon, and the bloat will depart. I need to endure one more day of stress at work this week. I am looking forward to a long and restful weekend.
Tomorrow is fun cardio Friday! :7
