Hanging in there today, many thanks for your support. I really appreciate being able to vent, it is not easy to voice your feelings to those who are directly involved.

I did SP total body and then TF Sculpt 30, ended with ABs from BM.

You ladies obviously know how to rock a Friday! I am working at our other campus in Manhattan today and rather enjoying the change of pace. When I get home I'm going to bust out with some BC 3 and *maybe* some cardio. I shall "see" you all on Monday. Have a great weekend!!!!
 
Hi everyone - my 550 rep workout clocked in at 19 min 27 sec. This is the first time I've done this workout. I did 10 pushups on toes the other 40 were on knees and I could not finish the one arm tricep pushups. I did 15 on each arm (suppose to do 25 on each). I'll try to do better next time :p
