Thank....God...It's...Friday

I never thought this week would end...I am dragging. I wanted to stay in bed as I didn't sleep well :confused: Back on the treadmill for me again, and hopefully some ab work.
 
Good morning....I'm here....Ugh! Yesterday after I checked in with you I called in an went back to bed. Its TOTM for me and it wears me down. So no workout yesterday at all. Today I'm going to jump back in with BFBM by Jillian. I'm so glad it's Friday.

Good Morning !

The storm is arriving ! It's snowing and we are in a winter storm warning until tomorrow night .

Yesterday I ended up doing disc 13 chest/shoulders/tri in the morning & then disc 14 legs in the afternoon ! I need to catch up from my days off with the migraine. Today if I can double cardio, I will catch up .

Hope you feel better Carmen. Some months it's really rough. Take it easy.

Annette - Not to worry Annette, just look at these interviews as good practice experience for the next one. You will find the job meant for you to get and this will all pale by comparison.

Today was legs - I did Firm It Up.

Thanks everybody for the boost of confidence.

I did a hodge podge today, I did Kick Max the low impact I think (48 min. one) but only the cardio portion then I did the Power Drills off of Cardio Kicks for a little more cardio, not bad for a hodge podge.

It is snowing here and we are expecting a whole boat load of snow. Should be fun.

I did do my double cardio today ! yay !

Step moves & no equip. abs this morning and just finished iCYCLE 14 ! was 40 minutes and I did just over 14 miles!

So, I'm caught up!

I might do some ab work and yoga tonight. The blahs hit me again so I haven't been on track. I have an interview coming up and although I don't care either way what happens I am nervous and have been working day and night and what is to be a mere twenty minute presentation. :confused:
 
I did JM's BFBM. that was a tough workout. 7 circuits 6 min each all body weight and calisthenic exercises. Repeat the circuit twice. No rest time in between. It was about 40-45 min good workout.

Beavs - best of luck with that interview/presentation. You will do well.

Becky - Florida is grey and rainy today. At least in my neck of the woods...
