Hi Tammy and Conni. I also think it has been a long, weird kind of week. I'm looking forward to some R&R this weekend.
I'm hoping to be able to do some cardio tomorrow. I still have some pain in my hip/leg, but I need to do something. Maybe C&W(no weights) using no risers. I'd like to do core also, but I'm not sure that I can bend to that extent yet.
