TGIF :D:D I'm so ready for this week to be over.

MM is on today's rotation, but I'm going to save it for tomorrow. I'll be doing a short cardio today, probably CTX Step & Intervals.

Thanks for starting the Friday ball rolling, Tammy!

Today was a step workout - I did Christi's Stepping Zone. Not too crazy, but intense enough to sweat a bit, and good core work also.

We can do MM together tomorrow, Tammy. I will motivate you!!:rolleyes:

Hi Tammy and Conni. I also think it has been a long, weird kind of week. I'm looking forward to some R&R this weekend.

I'm hoping to be able to do some cardio tomorrow. I still have some pain in my hip/leg, but I need to do something. Maybe C&W(no weights) using no risers. I'd like to do core also, but I'm not sure that I can bend to that extent yet.

Hi gals,

I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness-Kickboxing for my workout today. My foot stings some after I workout but not too bad. Now I need to run some errands.
