I've decided to do GS back/shoulders/biceps and Timesaver chest & triceps. If that's not too long, I'll add abs from coreblast.

Deanie, I can see how that would be a great solution ....the added KB in that rotation. Problem for me is.....I'm not a KB fan and I'm always subbing it with something else !:( So I am looking at your rotation and trying to figure out how to tweak that part of it to fit me better. ;-)

Hey everyone,

Becky - I am getting into the Coreblast also, the dvd menu bothers me though, I just don't like the way it is set up, but I have using various segments on different days, and I am feeling it. Deceptive workout, imo.

I did Michelle's YBB Circuit workout today. Nice, intense, and under 65 minutes.

I agree 100% about the menu !!! I thought the first few times I did the workout, that I was doing something wrong with the menu.
I do NOT like the set up at all . but the workout is another story.
I did Coreblast #3 today. Standing core is my favorite I think, but this was a great workout too.
One of these days maybe I'll do a core marathon and do it all.
It does seem to move very quickly so I think that would be doable.

I did back/shoulders/biceps premix from GS, chest/triceps from Timesaver and CB #3. It was a 75 minute workout and I loved it !}(

Tomorrow I think I'm going to try Walking Strong , the new Tracey TM workout. Think it would be okay to do after the workout I did today ?? I've never done it before so I'm not sure how much weight work their is .......anyone know ??

Well, this week has turned out to be the week of variety. Not only did I do pretty much endurance weight work, I have also mixed up my cardio. Of course it has paid off and my weight is back down, not quite to where it was when I got sick but close, so that is a very good thing.

I took a 45 min. walk with my youngest son... with occasional jogs thrown in for intensity. Poor kid had been begging me to take a walk and he got soo hot and tired that he could barely make it home,:-( but alas he did.

Tomorrow will be a weight day.

Back to report that I Love CCPP!

It is just so inspiring and gets my emotions up in a whirl when I get to the cool down section :)

I have a landscaping crew fixing up our curb appeal - one less thing I need to worry about when we finally put this house on the market.

So worth paying professionals to do the job so that my hard working husband can enjoy his rest before he has to go to work!
