Daily check in TGIF Jan 26

Hey Ladies.

Legs and Back and ARX today. I might also be going for a last minute run with a friend-I'm not sure yet.

I actually completed Yoga X in full (in one shot) last night! I couldn't believe it! I have to admit-it wasn't that bad! YIKES, did I just say that out loud!?!? :eek: :p :7

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

GSL for me too today....I don't know if I'll make it through the entire workout, but I'm going to try my best. I'm really dragging this week.

Phyllis: I came to the check-in today ready to bag it but you did GSL so I'm going to give it my all today.

Jane: Did you survive the drop set of push-ups?

Tig: Good for you for completing YogaX in its' entirety. I really liked that workout and especially how I felt after completing it.

Heather: Great workouts and good job on your clean eating choices...way to go!

Good morning all,

This week is too light on cardio for my taste, so I added one today. I did Donna Read Hi/lo to the Max with intervals and core training. Lots of fun, and a nice intensity level! Tomorrow should be GS legs, but I may do B & G.

Well, today's workout was kinda a washout, tried the Yoga Booty Ballet Latin flavor and to be honest it isn't much of a workout. My hips don't move like that and I didn't even break a sweat. It is only 25 min. of actual up off the floor working out and then 15 min. of half way decent floorwork for your abs.

Kinda of a waste of money, oh well you live and learn.
