Daily Check in TGIF Jan 15

Today I will do the Core Cardio that I missed yesterday. I was thinking of just moving on to legs, but I realized that I need to do cardio.

Tonight is game night a a friends house with the whole family.:) I'm looking forward to it!

Today is STS Legs. I forgot to pick up some glidey thingies to use instead of the paper plates on my puzzle mats :mad:

Phyllis ~ Cardio Core is one hard workout. I have to modify some of the moves where she does quick positional changes :confused: Thanks for getting us started this morning and enjoy game night!
 
Did you like it better this time Phyllis ?? I subbed and rode the stationary bike and was happy ! lol

Tammy, that's what I use, those furniture moving disc's on my puzzle mats.

STS leg day! Maybe yoga later ........

Hi Ladies - HIS in its entirety today for me. I whimped out on the leg workout yesterday, but I think my legs got pretty worked out most of this week.

Ladies enjoy your STS Leg/CCC work out today. I should try some of those exercises with paper plates. Are they featured in the STS clips?

Hello Ladies! Phyllis...have fun with cardio core. I hear it's a nice little zinger.

I have to say that I do like STS leg work so enjoy Becky and Tammy.

Carmen...enjoy HIS. For some reason I never tried that one. I'm afraid of the choreography!

Last night I did JM Shred 1 and Trouble Zones. I think I can do another round of Shred tonight. Slowly....I'm feeling human again.....I think.

HIS today and I added on Coremax 3, which I missed somehow last week. I am done with the 4DS, yeah!
Beavs- the choreography is not that bad, honest! The segments are really short in this one, shorter than LIS, imo.
 
Hi all,

I did the Total Body Fat Blasting taebo cardio workout with weighted gloves and I did use some weights with it too.

Dh is off today so he has a long weekend since he is off Monday also.

Hi everyone - I did HIS and chest/back work). I did 8 push ups on my toes!!! Cant believe it.

Beaves - HIS is not so bad. Step took a few times to get down but once you get it it lots of fun. Love the music especially first combo.

Annette - great work on that Tae bo.

Connie - Great work on 4DS. I forgot to do abs today.

Tammy/Phyllis/Becky - You ladies must be very strong because of STS.
