Today was Lowmax, not a problem there, and then I did Ab Hits.

Hi all,

I did the Total Body Fat Blasting Cardio (taebo) with weighted gloves on this morning. I hope to start back with everyday next week. My father is coming today with his new wife so I may need to burn off some extra stress next week but I am hoping and praying for a pleasant visit. (if you remember this is the woman he married 4 months and 1 day after my mom died last year) I have never met her.

This morning, because I overslept yet againx( x( x( I only had time for the B&G Leg Blast Premix. It ended up being a great workout and I gave it my all.

Phyllis: MIC will certainly suck all the life out of ya:eek: ;)

Annette: I hope your visit is as stress free as possible.

Jane: (((HUGS))) and prayers are still being sent your way.

Tig: Great workout.

Conni: Aack...I hate being behind! Good job w/LowMax.

Becky: How was the LowMax cardio only premix?

Heather: I thought of you all morning while I was doing the B&G Leg Blast Premix, as I know you really like that one;)

The premix worked out well for me.
Jane suggested trying to do the Feb. rotations with modifications and that's what I'm doing.
I'm not up for high impact , or lower body work with a barbell on my back but I'll just make it work for me the best I can.;-)

I'm feeling better and stronger and very happy to be back to working out, even if it's not to the intensity that I was (or even close)......but I like to think I'll get there!!}(

Hey gang... Becky - I emailed you...

We didn't get home from the hospital until about 9:45 tonight. They didn't let DS come home today. See my Weight Watchers forum post for more detail.
