Annette - be careful with your back - take it from one who knows! I have chest and back on tap today, but I'll pay special attention to the back and my not do all the exercises.

Becky, yes I was talking to you yesterday. I'll start Cathe's Dec rotation with you Monday. Is that still your plan?

I'm going to do CTX 10-10-10, abs and then stretch. Upper body is on the rotation, but I'll tack in onto tomorrow's workout.

Hi everyone,

Still finishing up the rotation - Upper body today - I did Tracey's Upper body workout from the Parts series.
 
Thanks Phyllis for the concern, I slept on a heating pad part of the night and it feels much better today.

I did a 30 min. Fit -TV workout with Sharon Mann- called Boxing with toning, wasn't too bad for a quick workout and I had on my weighted gloves so that helped with intensity.

My weight is up but I know the culprit so I am not surprised.:(:eek:
