Good Morning Fit Buddies

Today was shoulder work via S\H and BM. My cardio was BM step. I'm sweating buckets! I thought it was supposed to be cooler today!

Tammy, glad you liked my rotation this week. This was my final week of FitnessFreaks rotation. I think I may start it over. I liked it too!

Daily Check-in

Good morning! Glory! I feel good! :7 I woke up at 4:00 a.m. this morning, listened to some praise music, and did my Bible study. I was bursting with energy, so I had a blast with IMAX2 instead of taking a rest day. I enjoyed a rest day on Sunday and did not feel the need for another one this week. I feel so good now. :7 Interval 9 is a new accomplishment for me. I made it through the whole interval without resting for the first time! :7

Tammy - we don't have any rain this morning, but it is very cloudy
Heather - good for you. All the IMAX's are tough, but especially 2

I got home after a thunderstorm yesterday afternoon and the temperature had actually dropped, although it was still humid. I managed to get through most of HSC, although I had to give up on the decline pushups and plank work. I was a great big sweat ball when I was done. Today is supposed to be cooler and less humid. I have cardio figured into the plan, but haven't decided what. I'm leaning toward somethin Kickboxy, maybe Powerstrike 1 or KickMax. Have a great Friday all.

Morning everyone -

Today was L&G followed by AllStep w/o weights and w/abs.

I ate lousy yesterday - I actually had two Reese's PB cups! I can't remember the last time I even ate ONE! But it's been really hectic at work and stress always makes eating clean hard for me. Well, today I have the day off, so work won't tempt me to eat bad, right??

I thought it was supposed to be cooler too. Last night it was cooler after the thunderstorms. I actually drove home w/o the AC last night. But now it feels sticky - yuck.

I am going to attempt a 5 mile TM run this morning and then it's home for Ripped. It was supposed to happen in reverse order but I overslept!x(

Phyllis, you are really doing some great strength workouts:)

Gym mom, What a great leg workout. I can't imagine doing anything after legs and glutes, ouch!

Tammy, I will have to try that cardio coach with Candace. It seems to be a fave of yours.

Well, Today I am doing a quick 4 mile run and shoulder and bicep work.

Hi all, the heat has broken some so that is good.

I did various standing leg exercises off of Legs and Glutes then did Billy's Lower Body Boot Camp for the rest of my leg day, which was also cardio and it includes abs.

I am checking in late today but did my w/o at 5am. Wow, today has been busy!

This AM I did MM in its entirety. I didn't have time for any cardio after it. DH and I are leaving for PA tonight for a wedding tomorrow. I'm going to do iTread #7 (40 min) tomorrow on the hotel TM, followed by segment 1 of coremax and segment 3 of stretchmax.

Sunday is supposed to be a rest day for me, but depending on how I eat at the wedding, I might have to do another TM run before we fly out or do some sort of Cathe cardio when we get back.

BLAH! I didn't have time for the 5 miles. I only had 30 mins cause my morning got a VERY late start! I did something like 2.85 miles in 30 minutes. I still will conquer that 5 miler though...in a few days it WILL happen! }(

Meg-Can't wait to here your take on the Jari DVD!}(
