Daily Check-In TGIF 9/26

Good Morning :)

Finally Friday!!! Hooray :D

Today is PP lower body, still unsure if I will do the premix lower body 2 sets each, or 3sets each (2 sets has calf work, 3 sets no calf work) We will see when I get down there. I was up late playing Mahjong last night, and I"m working on very little sleep :eek:

Becky ~ I'm taking a rest/recovery week next week also. I'm going to do the Timesaver, which I've had for years and never done!! And lots of stretch max.

Deanie, I haven't touched PP for quite awhile - but I'm not sure I'd want to do 3 sets of anything!

KP&C for me today.

OMG, I had this great dream that we were all gathered at a hall to celebrate Cathe's birthday!:):) We were all sitting around(DH included) and when Cathe entered the room we gave her a huge ovation! It was awesome and very reminiscent of the RT!!:):)
 
Hi! Back again!

Workout is complete!! :) I ended up doing PP lower body 2X and 20 min on the elliptical (programed hills). I used the second set in PP as a pyramid, upping my weights from the first set. I really think PP and SS are the most UNDERRATED workouts of Cathes! The premixes I have done in the last weeks really got me good!!

And calves were done but only one time through. It was a GOOD, TOUGH workout and I agree that it is underrated !

Today is cardio and I'll do a CC on the TM or take a long walk with DH who is off today .:p

Hi everyone,

TGIF!!!

Today was a premix of SS ( which I traded ) so I did the first 3 rounds each of 4DS Upper Body Weights, and then the floorwork from PLB, and finished it all off with the stability ball work from PUB.
 
I only did KPC through the 2nd punching drill. I kinda ran out of steam so I decided to let it go.

I just looked ahead to next week on the rotation and I see PP listed for the premixes - upper and lower body. So, here i come!:)

Hello to all !

DH has been off so I've been spending time with him away from the pc sometimes not getting on the computer is nice and having that time together.

Actually I should be with him now but I missed you all.

I plan on starting FF Leg Blast rotation this Monday and will participate in CCPP day here .

I need to go and buy some zinc and airborne to sideswipe this scratchy throat I have now. Seems this season I'll be sick all the time unless I get some preventatives :confused:

So is life.

Hi all,

I did about 35 min. of taebo today with weighted gloves on, it actually had some biceps and triceps in it so I just picked up 5 pound dumbbells to add to the weight work.

I have a job interview at 1pm.
