Tammy: KB's too? I looked at that AOS Providence but it didn't grab me like On The Edge did, if I do decide to get into KB I may start with that one. I'm just dreading the expense.

As for me I have scheduled myself to do HSTA its been ages since I've done that one - I can't even remember when actually.
YIPEEEE for me!!! I am at a new low for weight as of this morning!!!!!! I am soooo happy!!! Can you tell?!?
We have a birthday meal tonight (they get to choose where we go) so I worked out really hard and long to make up for that fact.
I did PSBB&A warm up, then did seated dumbell curls (hammer then the twist ones), did the concentration curls, off of PS, then did Power Hour biceps (that was tougher than I remember and I used 25 pounds instead of 15 like Cathe boy I was burning at the end), then I did abs off of MIS and for cardio an hour long taebo with weighted gloves on.
I am dripping wet!!
Anyway hopefully after tonight's meal out I will at least be the same tomorrow or if I am lucky maybe lower.
