Good morning, just getting ready for church and I thought I would get things started here.

Today was Amy's Slo Mo Shoulders and Back, and then the core workout. My shoulders are going to be talking to me later, I know that for a fact. So far this series has been one of the best new series to come out this year.

Good morning Conni and all that follow...

I doubt a Cathe workout is in the plans for today. See my post last night for where I've been. Just got home late last night and I have a mess to get straightened out, washing clothes.. etc. Also my house is turned upside down from the renovation that has been going on here this week while we were gone. Both my bathrooms have been torn out and my contractor has only one put back together.

It is so good to be back and to hear about the announcement was so exciting.

Yesterday we saw American Gangster with Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe...it was VERY good!

I have to run to Sports Authority and return a pair of cross-trainers. Other than that today is LaundryMax day...hope y'all have a fun and restful Sunday!

I went to a high school producation of "Sweeney Todd" last night. They did a heck of a job! This isn't the show you would think a HS would put on, but it was a performing arts school, so I guess they get a little more leeway!

Daily Check-in

Happy Sunday! Welcome to a new week! I started the second week of Cathe’s November rotation this morning with Higher Intensity Step. Fun, fun, fun! I thought Cathe forgot to add a blast after the first step combo. It dawned on me this morning that the blast is fun and choreographed and feels like an extension of the step choreography. This is my favorite blast of all time! It took me 3 weeks to recognize it as a blast. LOL! I would love to see Cathe create more choreographed blasts like this one.

I was bursting with energy after the fun cardio this morning, but heavy weight training always makes me tired. I am ready to enjoy a long nap this afternoon. Oh, I am so excited! I can use 20-pound weights for incline presses now. I am sure that is light for most of you, but 12 pounds was heavy for me 3 weeks ago.

I need to do dishes and laundry and grocery shopping this afternoon. Have a blessed Sunday!

Conni, I have question for you. How can you tell what is working for you when you do so many different workouts all the time? I would be overwhelmed just looking at your collection. LOL! Seriously, I get my best results when I focus on one series at a time.

Hey everyone.

I got back this afternoon. No work out yesterday but I just finished the Low Max Blasts Only premix plus w/u and stretch. My weekend was fun fun fun! Unfortunately it's back to reality now. Phhhbbbttt! LOL

Off to grab some dinner!
