Yesterday: GymStyle Biceps, Gym Style Legs (Floor Work), PowerMax and Stretch Max (Band). CleanMax and Errand Max.

Today: Back Work and Abs. Have to leave today for a meeting in DC and so won't get to post tomorrow morning.

I have a little chest cold, so I'm not sure what I will do today. My legs have recovered from Friday's insanity, so I may do Lowmax. I also have to do Mowmax and Plantmax.

Good morning my fitness fanatics!

Today I will get to the gym - haven't been in forever. My hubby is there now and then we trade babysitting duties ;) I'm going to run, use the elliptical, and do some heavy lifting today. Later on is supermarketmax...whoo!

Well another sunday is here. A hot 90 plus degrees! So a treadmill workout and then some weight workout later. Probaly will pick ME again or push pull. Got to wrok the core too at some point.

Shelley-when do you go back to work? Sorry to hear you have a cold.

Yesterday was Tri's and Bi's and did Core Max #3 today.

Tomorrow SuperSets followed by KPC

Got all my veggies and flowers in the ground. Hallelujah! Just taken forever getting all those rocks out of the veggie garden!!!

Good afternoon everyone!

Well, I did Mowmax and Plantmax this morning.

This afternoon I did Lowmax, and the Bootcamp Upper Body Only Premix as well as the BC Core Premix.

I'm off to see Star Wars Episode III this evening - I'm cautiously optimistic. It can't be any worse than Episode II.:p
 
Hi ladies of fitness....finally some sun!

I did an 11 mile trail run. My legs have been a bit sore from the Freestyle workouts. But I did get in some http://bestsmileys.com/undersun/6.gif[/img]

Today was PLB + Basic Step. I'm very thankful that the FitTV version of PLB is pretty much intact- except for the warm up! lol That's easy to work around though, so I'm not upset about it. ;)

I *love* PLB!! I wasn't too sure that I'd like it, but I felt so strong and accomplished during and afterwards. Whoohooo! Basic Step was, well, basic, but it was nice not to have to think too hard about choregraphy today. :7

This afternoon I did CleanMax too, Cathy! ;)

I empathize with you- it's too hot where I live for many outdoor workouts now, too. Unless, of course I got up and outside by 7 am. And I assure that WILL NOT happen! LOL
