Daily Check-in Sunday, April 14th, 2024

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Xtrain legs - standing portion only - its about 30 minutes. I added on a 20 minute Boho B. pilates workout. Now, time to do to my own stretch.

Ok, I laid in the sun for 90 minutes then took an hour walk around the neighborhood, I am drenched and it was hot!!
