Good Morning.
It's a rest day for me except, possibly, for the ab work I blew off y'day.
I ended up doing GS Back after my run yesterday. I didn't have the energy for the pull/chin-up thing. I did ITread 3/40 mins and ran it faster then I ever have before! :+ My HM training and the interval ITread are really helping me with both my endurance AND speed! YEAY!
Okay, enough about me....what's everyone else up to today?
