Good Morning.

It's a rest day for me except, possibly, for the ab work I blew off y'day. :p

I ended up doing GS Back after my run yesterday. I didn't have the energy for the pull/chin-up thing. I did ITread 3/40 mins and ran it faster then I ever have before! :+ My HM training and the interval ITread are really helping me with both my endurance AND speed! YEAY!:)

Okay, enough about me....what's everyone else up to today? :)

I can't believe you do all that stuff after running like that! Your check in's constantly amaze me, Wendy!

Today was Gay Gasper's Bosu Strength workout and Cathe's coremax segment 2. Good bosu workout if anyone's interested..3 sections - one of lower body, one of upper and core, and one agility section which is solid interval.

Go Browns...I hope.
 
Hi Girls!

I was going to say I FINALLY got in a workout but then I checked and see that I did workout on Friday, it just SEEMS like it's been a long time, I guess.

I did CCPP challenges 1,2,& 3 and then I ran out of time.
Today is our oldest DD's 22nd birthday and we are having a cookout.
They should be here any minute.

Guess I better get going.

TY but I actually usually try to do my weight work BEFORE my run if I am doing both in the same day because my run does wear me out and makes the weight work alot tougher. Trust me, it was not easy doin' GS back...I really had to push myself HARD!!!!
 
Evening everybody!

I got in my hike on Crowder's Mountain today with DD. WOW!! Straight up is all I'm saying! It was amazing. Took us 2 hours and 15 minutes today to do it, 2.5 miles up and 2.5 miles down. We were moving right along. I burned 845 calories. It was just an amazing experience. I am going to do this as many weekends as I can!

Monday is fast approaching! :-( Say it ain't so!
