Good Morning Glories!

Today will be CC#3 and some ab work from B&G. Then I am going to the movies with fellow Catheite Beavs. We will stop and grab a bite to eat after the movie.

Today is an unexpected rest day for me. I tweaked my knee somehow yesterday and it is sore. I'm sitting here with a heating pad on it. It isn't swollen and I can't quite pinpoint what is sore. Walking is OK as long as I don't pur too much weight on it. I had IM2 scheduled for today too.:mad: I may have to tweak my rotation so that I do upper body tomorrow.

Tammy, tell Beavs I say hi! What movie are you going to? We saw Zack and Miri make a porno. Much to my surprise, I liked it.:) Are you going to see Twilight on Friday?

Sorry about your knee Phyllis, at least it isn't swollen, which is a good sign. Keep resting it as much as you can.

Today was a rest day - but I did another cardio, Deidre's Tap Less, Sweat more, which is so much fun, very complex, but worth it.

Cold and snowy here today, doing some holiday baking and cleaning.

I was not able to get online any earlier as my dh was using my laptop as he was fixing DD's pc and the son was using the family pc. lol

Phyllis so sorry to hear about your knee. Don't you just hate when those tweaks and pains mess with your workout routine? UGH! Hoping it starts feeling better soon for you.

Conni Ohhh holiday baking? Goodness I am needing to keep my house free of all the goodies. This time of year with all those yummy foods are big triggers for me.

Well today I did Squeeze Stronger the entire workout and I really liked it. I'm thinking I'll be waking up to some DOMS in the morning. Those exercises really get in there deep ouchies! :p

I plan on just using the premixes to my cardio and kettlebell days though.
