Good Sunday morning!
I did my one-hour yogazone Conditioning and Stress Release this morning. Even though it is Sunday, I got up at my regular 5am time because I have found that when I sleep in, I just can't get everything done, and therefore never get around to the yoga. So, I got up, did it, and made chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. The smell of that got the rest of the household out of bed
I've been having a ball. In my efforts to modify, but still have varied and creative workouts, I ordered the Classics Vol 1 and Cardio Hits dvds y-day. I have all those workouts on VHS, but having the dvds will allow me to create a whole new set of premixes, of every length and intensity imaginable. As well, our set up allows me to play VHS tapes and dvds at the same time, so I can alternate between segments on VHS tapes, and dvds. Now that I've started down this road, it appears that the potential combinations are endless!! I can combine elements from up to four workouts at a time; yikes! How do I decide what to do???
Pg update: I'm still wanting to put pepper on all my food, even my popcorn last night. Until 3 days ago, I did not like pepper.
I'm going to come back a bit later and address all the ongoing conversations that I enjoy so much.
