Good morning!

I'm looking forward to doing CC PP today. I am going to try my best to get breakfast over with and then get this run in before church. Tammy, I'll "see you in the workout"! I don't have my notebook handy, but I believe CoreMax #3 is on there for today too.

Heather - I'm sorry Anna ran off last night. Hopefully you will get another opportunity to help her.

Tammy - you start work tomorrow right? Are you excited?

Hello to everyone else. Have a great Sunday! Another beautiful over-80 degree day on tap for us today!!

Hi Jane! Good morning Everyone!

Have fun with yuor new workout Jane.

Today is a rest day for me.
And it's going to be sunny & 80 here too ! :D

Enjoy the day!:D

Enjoy your rest day Becky.. after working all day yesterday, you need it!!

Before I came back over here, I emailed you.

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

YAY!!! CC PP today! :7 :7

Jane: I'll see you in the workout around 9:30 am. I do indeed start work tomorrow and I'm a bundle of nerves :eek:

Becky: Enjoy your rest day on this beautifully sunny day.

Hello to all that follow...have a great day!

Becky: I'll be working in the insurance/financial office at the hospital where my Mom has been. Better pay than my previous job plus this job comes with benefits. They also have a gym I'm hoping to join :7

Tammy - a hospital is a great place to work. I love it. The benefits are great and, with our hospital (which happens to be a very good one), we are self-insured so if you use their facility, you pay practically nothing for services.

I just finished around 9:30 so I'm thinking of you now as you start your workout. That is one awesome and inspiring workout. I don't think I've ever worked so hard in a CC. I included the stretch and the whole thing ran about 1 hour 12 minutes and I burned 654 calories!!! WOW!!! I have to email Sean and tell him how great and awe-inspiring this workout is!!!

Becky - do you have your keyboard fixed?

Wow, Jane that's quite a workout!

Tammy, good luck tomorrow. What are your hours? I hope it doesn't interfere with workout time;)

Becky, it's already 80 degrees here at 10 AM!

Heather, keep up the good work! don't be discouraged because of Anna.

Unfortunately, I have tons of laundry to do and DS need new tennis shoes. He came home from a tourney yesterday with a hole in his shoe and his sock was torn to bits! I'm afraid to look at his actualy foot! BTW, he's only had those shoes for a few months! They were NB, but I really need to by the more expensive shoes as they last longer.

I'm off to finish my java and do SJP! Enjoy today!

Good lovely Sunday hellos to Jane, Becky, Tammy, Phyllis and all who follow.

Today is my rest day but I'll be out doing some yardwork today.
Out in the Carolinas in sun is shining brightly and the temps will be up around in the 80s love it! :D

I was able to sleep in today and it was much needed :)

* Jane: Good for you on doing CC PP and burning all those calories, I know I'll get that one eventually ;)

* Tammy: CC PP too? Enjoy and have fun!

* Phyllis: Yikes about your sons shoes! Enjoy the lovely day and SJP too :)

* Heather: Sorry that Anna went off on you but how nice about that doctor giving you and your friend that wonderful talk :)

* Conni: How are you? Is your hubby doing better? How did your sons little league practice/ game go?

* Sorry I didn't get back yesterday for personals but when the kiddos are home from school I do try to give them my attention.

My 8 yr old even joined me on the Hi/Lo portions of SJP yesterday and we had so much fun doing it :).

Meanwhile my son was constantly calling me to see his room as he was rearranging his furniture and wanted to ask my opinions lol

While my oldest dd had a crew meeting very early in the am at her job then had to go in to work later on in the evening. I'm her personal driver as she does not have her license yet.

Hubby finally got off work so we were able to spend some much needed couple time over dinner at a local resturant and I indulged in 2 drinks which I'm sure with the yardwork I have planned today will burn off the fruity part of my drinks last night :)

Hope you all have a wonderful day today!

Jane: I'm so glad you liked the workout! The first and last challenges are killer, no? I emailed Coach Sean after I did PP the first time too. Nothing like a surge of endorphins to jump start your day.

Vilma: Enjoy your rest day and the great weather!

Phyllis: I'm afraid next week's hours (orientation and training) will interfere with my morning workouts. I don't think I will have time to workout before work so I'm going to be working out in the evenings :(

Tammy - it is 12:40, home from church, and I'm still flying on those endorphins. Yes, the first and last challenges are something else!! Especially the last one when you are pretty well spent but have to pull it out from somewhere to get through that last one!

Vilma - I noticed you said Carolinas... where are you? I'm in North Carolina, in the Piedmont, near Charlotte.

I'm in the Coastal area 40 miles southeast of Raleigh NC :)

Vilma - finally a Cathelite a little closer to me. You are still a pretty good ways away though, our state is soooooo long.

Hi Ladies.

I took my rest day y'day instead of today. Today I did BBC's Full Body work out. *TOUGH* LOVE IT!}( I had wanted to hook it up with some cardio but that didn't happen. Not the end of the world though.

Have a good night!:)

Yup it is a long state - I was up in Charlotte last August having Lasik done over there - it was a 4 hour drive for us ;)

Well I enjoyed the day as I was out side for most of it - my rest day ended up not being so restful as my yardwork consisted of cleaning up debris from the winter, trimming my hedges, pulling up weeds by hand fun- fun etc.

During the week I'll be remulching and beautifying my lawn. Had hubby get me a big ol bag of weed and feed just need to get my grass wet to apply now, so I'll be working a little bit each day after my planned WOs if time permits.

WO's 1st; yardwork 2nd ;)

Daily Check-in

This was a delightful Sunday. After my Breaking Free Bible study this morning, I went to church for my other Bible study. The video session I watched at home on the woman at the well and the DVD I watched at church reminded me of Anna. I need to pray for her.

I enjoyed my beloved IMAX3 this morning! I love, love, love this workout. The choreography is just as much fun as my beloved Rhythmic Step with no breakdown. I modified the super high impact blasts like tuck jumps and plie jacks and had fun with those on my rebounder. I do not need to modify this workout as much as I did last year. I am making progress! I started wearing a new pair of Reebok cross training shoes this morning. I am hoping that these last longer than the first pair I bought.

I took a long nap this afternoon, did laundry, started Clean Max in preparation for Mom’s upcoming visit, and went to the grocery store. My wild neighbors kept me awake until 2:00 a.m. again. I am hoping for a more peaceful night so I can sleep without any distractions.

I did the first segment of Core Max tonight. Gym Style Legs is in my DVD player for tomorrow morning. I called the club, and the pool should be ready for action tomorrow. I am hoping to jog in the pool after work.

Blessings,
Heather B.
