I slept 9 1/2 hours last night and feel so much better! I didn't sleep well over the weekend.

This week I'm doing 4DS... starting with HIS/chest/back today.

Today was Interval day on the rotation, I did Tracey's HISM and ab hits (MIS). I really like that HISM. I only preodered Tracey's step workout and core workout. I am not really that hip on her weight stuff.

I'm with Jane, and just finished HIS/chest/back .

Thank you everyone for your prayers, but my daughters friend Alex died yesterday morning.
What a tragedy & horrible loss. Please say a prayer for her family.
My daughter spent most of yesterday in tears and today will be rough at school.

Hello Ladies!

Today I had Imax 2 to do but I've been sick with bad stomach pain and doubled up- chinese take out last night hit me and my kids hard - I can't even remember the last time I had chinese take out so at 1st I wasn't sure if my body was just reacting to it since my diet consists mainly of eating edamame, baked chicken , brown rice and basically trying to eat clean but gawds.

Then this morning as I was crawling around the kitchen getting the kids breakfast ready I asked them if they had tummy problems and all three said they did last night but felt better this am

So I'm just going to flush it out today by drinking my tea and eating very very litely today.

Becky - so sorry to here about your daughter's friend Alex I honestly thought she was out of the woods and had recovered from the car accident my well wishes and prayers to Alex's family and friends.
