Happy St. Patrick's Day Annette!

Great workout yesterday. I never heard of that instructor/workout. sounds tough.

today I did a mix of Caroline Girvan chest/abs/push ups for 15 minutes + 30 minute lesmill metabolic cardio type workout - low to no impact.

time to stretch.

The lady is Christina Dorner and this week all her daily workouts are on YouTube for free, otherwise you have to subscribe to her page. This is the 1 year anniversary of her having to go streaming because of the pandemic. She also does step aerobics. Today I had 2 and we did my Fast Pace Disco Kickboxing Drills with 2 weight segments for 55 minutes.

Then I did 60 minutes of heavy dumbbell work and some cable work for shoulder plus my floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
