Really love walking this time of year. So crisp, but still dry and usually sunny! Went for a long walk last night ....heard some coyotes.
This morning did a Bar Method 1 hr w/o & added some internal rotation/Subscapularis exercises. Felt great!

Great job on taking care of your back Annette. Hope you can get to have a massage or something.

Today I did Hoco Low Impact + another blizzard blast - those are tough!!!! I added on a 10 minute blender bender or something - don't remember - for legs.

Hi gals,

Today I did 10 minutes on the stair machine then taught my mix circuit workout for 55 minutes then did about 20 minutes of weight work staying light so as to not tax my back. And I can now hold a plank for a minute, whoohooo!

Hi ladies.

Unfortunately still no high impact stuff for me [emoji24]

I walked quite a bit giving 2 bball trainings this afternoon and tonight I did a dance w/o. Mostly low impact... Even small jumps hurt at the moment.

Tomorrow it's back to BB for some heavy weights. Today was BB cardio... Which I just replaced with lower impact dance cardio w/o.

Siobhan - my son started back at school on August 25th already so this is the first week with homework which needs to be squeezed in between all his bball trainings... And he's a kid so he also needs time to just play or watch cartoons. It's quite a puzzle!

Hi girls, hope everyone is doing good.......last night I did a tower lower body workout (about 30min) & my usual
Walk......tonight I'm hoping to do a step mix workout and walk, it's looking a little like a storm brewing, but we are like the mail, we go in rain, snow, sleet, etc LOL..... Have a great evening ......
