CLX Push#2, 30 min of cardio and then ab burner.

Phyllis ~ I haven't done BM2 in a long time. I think I will dust it off next cardio day.

I am going to try RTTC for the first time today, just got it in a trade.

Looking forward to seeing the next rotation!
 
Hi all,

I did Amy Bento's Kickbox Surge and Core Training minus the core training... and I made it through all the combos and surges, YEA!!! for me!!!! It is a long workout 60 min. with just the cardio alone.

But I did it!!!!:D:cool:
