Calico Cathlete Sep 30, 2009 #4 Hi all, I did Amy Bento's Kickbox Surge and Core Training minus the core training... and I made it through all the combos and surges, YEA!!! for me!!!! It is a long workout 60 min. with just the cardio alone. But I did it!!!!
