Daily Check In Saturday/Sunday March 24/25, 2012

Good morning my friends in fitness,

I hope you are all well today.

I have been feeling stressed so.... I worked out a lot today.

I re-tried KCM stepboxing workout 1 - lasted 21 minutes this time.

Then I did STS Chest/Back - strength (everything but incline chest flies - my rotator cuff is giving me trouble)

Then I did 36 minutes of slide and glide - I stopped at the biceps - I don't need any extra weight training today.

Just stress making me do so much. Ah well. It will go away very soon.

Carmen - good to hear you got an interview
Annette - you worked out a lot this week and sound very pleased! good for you.

I am out tonight with high school friends. see you all tomorrow. enjoy your day.

Today was cardio - I did TF 45, CLX ab burner. Great fat blaster!! I love my turbofires!

Tomorrow is a rest day, I think Slide n Glide is on tap.

I have cleaned, washed some windows, washing valances, vacuumed, and did my floors. Oh..and furminated Sherman! Off to run errands soon.

Today I did the step cardio portion of LIC. I like some of the music in that one.

Connie - I'd love to try one of the TF's. Could I borrow one to try?

Hi gang,

Carmen - Of course you can try one of my Turbofires. Which one would you like?

TF45 - turbo with 3 intervals.

TF30- turbo with 1 interval.

TF EZ 45 - I think one interval in this one, moves are slightly easier, but still kick butt.

TF EZ 55 - I don't think there are any intervals in this one, but don't quote me.

Hiit 15, 20, 25 - All Hiit workouts timed accordingly. These are alot different than Cathe, more fun imo...

Stretch 10 is included on the above discs.

Check out clips on Youtube, then let me know what you want to try.
We will figure out the details at that point, okay?

Today was Slide n Glide, I am sore from TF 45 yesterday for some reason...
 
Hi everyone,

I was late to rise, late to workout and now late to shower..... ahhhhh Sunday.

This morning I did Cathe's Butts & Guts entire workout (but did not do the bonus). Wow. I haven't done that one in probably a year. I really liked it. Cathe was so relaxed and natural in this one.

Have a great day everyone. Off to my mom's for a scottish fry up. Yum!
