CLX Burn it Off and Ab Burner for me today. After that, we are heading up to Saratoga for the day.....the filly Rachel Alexandra is running with the boys!
Not exactly what I wanted to do but a workout nevertheless, 55 min. walk outside with occasional bursts of sprinting mostly downhill. We have a new fitness trail at a new local park so I tried it for some of the walk, not bad but I did not do any of the fitness exercises they had displayed along the way. Only wish it told you how far you were walking. Oh well.
