Happy Saturday Ladies!
I figured I'd start this thread today since I was up and DONE with my workout! I did RS instead of MIC because I've never done MIC yet, and didn't feel like trying to keep up with it. I need to watch it first then I'll attempt it.
RS was great tho. I really felt it especially with all those drop squats! Man they get you good.
Hope everyone has a great Saturday. I'm off to work. Off tomorrow!
