Good Saturday morning everyone,

This morning I did Cathe's High Reps. I am finished so early today because we did not go down to the market as normal. It was nice to sleep in.

What do you all have on the workout agenda for today?

It's gonna be a hot one today so.... Not sure I will squeeze in a walk or yoga later - we shall see.

Annette - I know you don't normally check in on weekends but I hope you get in a workout. Sounds like the gym is working for you.

I am drenchec in sweat - I just did Cathe's Kickmax. It just doesn't seem that tough - well the blasts do - but I've burned pretty much 400 calories with this one. I did not do the leg conditioning drills. I gotta get ready for mass.

Hi ladies!

DH went downstairs for a moment, so I nabbed the computer!

Yesterday I did CTX 10-10-10. Today was Patrick BEST and BG Stablility ball workout. I had to switch it up, I couldnt take anymore Cathe choreography. There is also alot of high impact in this series, my legs needed a break.
