Good morning everyone,

Rain, rain and more rain. I hope it ends today, I would love to get to the pool this weekend, if only to get some sun.
I don't remember too much about yesterday, I had to go to my OB's office and have a D & C done. Not too much fun, but I will say this. I am really glad I opted to have it done in office and awake. It was not painful and was quick as well. I had to take some Darvocet and Valium beforehand ( hence the memory lapse), but I was at the doctors by 10:00am and home by 12:00pm.
I hope no one is offended by my bluntness, but I just wanted to pass it on to you. I was so glad I did this in office as opposed to the hospital, and my doctor is top notch, that is for sure. Prayers for my biopsy, if you will, but my doctor is confident we are okay...

Today I am still a little fuzzy, but I just got some now workouts from Collage and I have to give something a try!
I think I will do Michelle Dozios' Circuit workout today, it looks fun and even came with a purple dynaband. I will let you know what I think of it!!!

Connie, NOT too blunt at all. Thank you for sharing with us.
Your family has already had their share of medical problems for the next 10 years, so this is going to come back 100% all good !!!
Prayers for you and your family though (it never hurts!;-) ) until you tell me otherwise!
Don't push it on the workout today!!! You worry me....does your dr. know you are working out today??? Is it okay? (ack! sorry! It's the mother in me!:p )

We are having all the gloomy & doom and rain here too and it's starting to affect my mood. After a week of SUN in Hilton Head this is depressing. Forget about keeping my tan too . :(

Oh well, I guess I should share my workout, but I have no idea what I'm doing. I thought I was going to purchase CCPP and do it with everyone, but I haven't gotten around to buying it yet, so I guess I'll have to pick something else.
Of course, DH isn't out cutting grass with all this rain, so I might not even fit in a workout !!!:(

Thanks for the concern Becky, and the prayers, but he said I could workout if I felt like it, but I will modify if I have to. I think if I do workout it will help clear my head of some lingering fuzziness too! Either that or it is my normal level of fuzziness!!!:D

I am not really worried,as my pap came back that their was cellular issues but there are no tumors at all, and my doctor says if there is something there we caught it as early as humanly possible.

Life is good, and DH says that the one thing he has learned from his trauma was to never take anything for granted. So today is going to be a great day.
 
Good Morning Fit Chicks!

CCPP and ab work for me today. It is also raining here x( We were given free tickets to go see the Moody Blues in concert tonight. I'm looking forward to a night out....I hope I can stay awake :eek:

Dh & I just went all over shopping and even got to the Farmer's Market, where I got some great looking produce.

I still haven't done a workout but think if it's not raining later, I'll strap on the headset and head out for a good power walk !:7
