Good morning sleepyheads!

Today is going to be BM2 Double Upper Body premix, which I am very glad to give my legs a break. I can still barely move after BG Lower Body Blast!

I made a killer summer corn salad yesterday that I had for lunch all by itself!

6 ears of corn - cooked, cut off cobs.
1 large tomato
1 large vidalia onion
1 large red pepper
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

Chop tomato, onion and red pepper. Combine with the rest of the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Chill until serving.

I made this for my cookout yesterday and it was a huge hit. Fresh flavors that mixed so well together!
